Delivery & Returns

This policy applies to products purchased from the website ulobest.com. All prices on our site are displayed in Nigeria Naira (NGN), and will be charged in Nigeria Naira (NGN). Also, we have a currency converter that convert USD, GBP and EUR to Nigeria Naira (NGN) for curstomers outside Nigeria.

How much is the freight charge?

Delivery is N2,500.00 (Two Thousand Naira Only) for standard delivery Nigeria-wide and free standard delivery is available for all orders over N50,000.00 (Fifty Thousand Naira Only). Orders are dispatched within 1 – 2 days from our distribution centre in Anambra State. It may take up to 3 business days for delivery in metropolitan areas and up to 5 business days for regional areas. Delivery is currently only available within Nigeria (from ulobest.com).

A signature will be required on delivery, so please make sure that you provide a delivery address where someone will be available to receive your goods. If no one is available to sign for the goods, the item will be return back to our office and it will cost you additional N1,000.00 (One Thousand Naira Only) for pick up.

Returns policy

Ulobest.com offers a 7 day return policy for products we sell. If something goes wrong with an eligible product and you notify us within 7 days of receiving the item, we will help you to reach a satisfactory resolution such as a return for replacement, exchange, or refund.

After 7 days, our return policy expires and refunds/returns/exchanges are no longer covered. However, if you are dissatisfied with an item for any reason and the return policy has expired, you can still contact us at customercare@ulobest.com and we will try to help if we can.

If the product has a manufacturer’s warranty that is still active after the return time frame has elapsed, the buyer should contact the manufacturer directly.

However, if the service center is not in your location, you may choose to contact Ulobest.com.
Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping cost and cost of repair (where the defect is not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty). Ulobest.com will not replace or issue refund for items that fall into this category.

For change requests on eligible items which are not defective, you will be entitled to a replacement, exchange or a voucher refund.

How to return a product

Register your intention to return the goods by contacting our Customer Service team on customercare@ulobest.com or call +234 803 527 4550 (between 8.30am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday), who will take you through the process and provide you with a returns authorisation number.

This number must be noted on the returns form included in your delivery. You can then return the goods to us.

Returns of product:
All items should be returned in their original packaging.

What is the estimated delivery time?

  • Standard delivery time is 5 days however, this may vary by location and even product. Delivery time for products are usually indicated on the product detail page.

Does ulobest.com deliver internationally?

  • ulobest.com doesn’t deliver items internationally. You are more than welcome to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world, but you’ll have to ensure the delivery address is within Nigeria.

What about warranty and hidden costs?

  • There are no extra taxes, hidden costs or additional dispatch charges. The price mentioned on the website is the final price, what you see is what you pay. Our prices are all inclusive, all taxes are included with the list prices.
